Question A Nation Wide Z Meet

Hey everyone I'm not sure if there has been something like this before, and this may have already been said somewhere. But has there been any type of HUGE meet for Z owners in the US ?? I mean I know there are meets in all different states, and probably even more that exist for older Z cars too. But this may be a little hard to do and all, but I just wanted some feedback or if people would ever do it... but what do you all think about a meet, inviting ALL THE Z owners, old and new models, for the entire country? I mean it may sound kinda corny or whatever, but I think it would be nuts! (In a good way of course).
Of course I'm only 20, and I haven't had my Z even a month yet...and I definitely dont have the kind of broad knowledge of Z cars of the past, etc... But I still think it would be awesome if there was ever to be a meet on a nationwide level. I can imagine something like this would take months and months of planning, and probably a lot of funding. The location would be really crucial too, simply because there would have to be some middle grounds where everyone would meet up. But can you all imagine the kind of caravans of Z's? It would be like a nationwide Z trek, meeting hundreds of other Z owners, flying along the highway, you can imagine the rest. I'm sure if it happened, it would be unforgettable.

eh, I wont go any further with this til I hear what you all have to say...

btw: I am in NO WAY trying to organize something like this, just trying to get an idea of what people think bout it...lol I dont have that kinda marketing skills nor $$$ for it !

The ZCCA (Z car club of america) has a "Z Convention" scheduled for this October in New Hampshire. Info is on the ZCCA website:

ZCCA stands for the "Z Car Club Association". A lot of people mistakenly call it the Z Car Club of America.
The association is made up of bona-fide Z Car Clubs from around North America.
It's hosted by a different Club each year this year's is in Nashua, NH October 6 -10...
(22 hour road trip for me but I'll be there).
Last year was Texas.

Drew, welcome to the world of Z enthusiasm. Indeed, there has been a series of Annual National Z Conventions since at least 1987 or so. I went to my first here in Dallas in 1989. It was a quaint little affair, that has since grown into a huge event that receives $upport even from corporate Nissan!
As others have mentioned, NH is the site for this year's event, with Los Angeles the site for 2004. Hope you can join in on the fun in NH - I will be one of the cooks at the Texas Chili Party Monday evening!
