Should I sell? HOw much should I ask
I've had my Z for a year and a half. I need to sell it, as i can no longer afford it....Distance relationship is taking it's toll.
I want to know how much I should ask and what I should buy.
right now, I am making 300 / mo payments. I paid 21,500 for it a year and a half ago. i've still got 13,000 left to pay.
It's a silver 2004 touring model. automatic. black leather interior. heated seats. good condition. 53,000 miles.

I agree. Trade in is right at 16K so 17-18K is realistic.

3K can get you a lot of decent 90's cars. What are you looking for? Turbo? Awd? Rwd?

i guess i haven't thought much about it. i guess turbo wouldn't be a bad thing to have.
awd isn't important. rwd is okay.
if i could have something sort of fast that would be great but i can't imagine that i could for the money.

Car for 3K? Gonna be a major change from a Z to a 3K car. Maybe, 90s Miata? cheap to make it go faster w/ a Greddy Turbo.
MR2 turbo? i dunno if u can even get that at 3K.

Can't buy a decent car that's good on gas for $3k these days. The spike in gas prices has diven the price of these cars through the roof. If you do find one then it will likely need some work. Good luck!
