What are you saying Crazy? Trying to kick someone when they are down huh? I hear you. Me flying at night alone on the road at insane speeds has nothing to do with this accident. 1st one in 20 years.1st ticket in 20 years for failure to yield at a stop sign that i stopped at. I just missed this car flying at me.$hit happens guys.

No skid marks for the cops to measure to try to determine the other cars speed but at the end of the day yea I was cited. It was my fault I missed the other car completely. Guess I was daydreaming then bang my day really changed.

Enough of being a d*ck to you. Sucks your ride got damaged and hopefully you'll get it back running soon. Gotta be careful out there though.

you know if you had just gotten hit it wouldn't have been your fault... like if you swerve from a deer and hit a stone wall it's your fault... you gotta love the insurance agency... risk your life to save on insurance or garentee life and pay more

That's horrible, but at least no one got hurt. All cars can be fixed. Pay more attention next time...

Was the chassis not damaged?? You must have done a bit of earthworks given the way it's landed kind of in the middle of the car.

ps. You might want to change the name of the thread a lil, your insurance company wouldn't look favourably.

+1 So true. And do you notice that not only do you pay to have insurace, but if you have to use it for just about anything they charge you more money. So you pay to be covered, then you pay more over however long to basically cover what they were supposed to. Car Insurance is so messed up <----NJ here, probably one of the worst car insurance states.

Lesson learned? Always take the hit. Goes against instinct, but unless you think grandma is going to cause you bodily harm, hell, even then, at least you have someone to pay for it!

i think that is everywhere in america, insurance will just go up even if it isn't your fault, if your car is in motion, and an accident happens, insurance sees money coming back to them in a couple months
