Hold the *** on.... How in the hell did you get insurance without being able to get a valid driver's license??? That's the dumbest shiit I've heard cause my ins company likes to know if I actually have a license

Did you just tell your insurance company to cancel your coverage when you lost your job?
So your mom is paying for your car? Did she cosign? How did she "get you" the loan?
Like someone mentioned, sell the car for however much you owe, and take the hit. If become financially stable in the future, you can get another car.
