i've had my Z for about one year now and i've put like 35,000 miles on it already lol it sucks.. i drive way way to much.. it feels like everytime i look at the cluster i drove like 30 miles.. anyone else have the same issue?

 

I bought mine on May 31st and already have put on 6000 miles. No sh*t!

 

I was in a military school in Ga, while stationed in NC for 6 months. I put over 16K in that time frame!!! Not just 3 miles to and from work...

 

I bought mine in 06 with 39K its an 03.. Now I am about the break 80K.. The car is meant to be driven, thats the only way I can enjoy it.

 

I broke the 80K a few months ago! Still running strong... Good times!!!

 

I averaged 1000 miles a week for a while until I wrecked the Z. Now I put 1000 miles a week on a POS Monte Carlo while the Z gets repaired.

05 with 25000 miles. The last 12000 miles happened within a year because I drove to school thats 100 miles round trip...

 

well i have an 08 Z, and it only has 3k miles on it, its been about six months but it feels like i'm not enjoying it like I should, it sits in the garage until friday and saturday nights. i take my moms car to school=)

 

i just put in a new battery 3 days ago and since those 3 days ive drove 200 miles dont ask me how lol

 

Haha!!! I know EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN!!! Everytime my parents go out of town for business trip, I'm driving their car until they come back. And sometimes they wont come back for 6 months at a time. Saved a **** load of miles there...

 

I noticed that some people drive more than others. Sometimes I amaze myself.

 

i dont give a *** how much I drive, If i had it my way i would put the odometer in the garbage can and just have like little cellphone bars instead, when the bars get low I go to a dealership. But since I do have an odometer I average around 5000 miles a month and my mpg is around 10.

 

I bought my 03 in Jan with 37000 and now it has 55000. If i find myself with nothing to do and the weather is nice I go for a drive for a few hours. I live in MA and my GF lives in NJ. Nothing personal, but I fcking hate Trenton.

 

I try to not drive unless I really need to go somewhere. Why waste mileage and gas??

As of today just rolled over 38K. I'd say I was on the same track as you OP but now I've got a DD so I don't have to put 100 miles a day on my car to and from work.

 

Wow I don't feel so bad after reading this thread. I thought I put a lot of mileage on my Z. I daily drive 100 miles round trip to University of Houston and I have about 13,000 miles on my 07. I bought it last year around this time.

 

I drive mine a lot too, feels like tooo much. 4.x K miles since 6/25/08 when i got it!
