Depends on your cholesterol, bruh. Pop chargers are nice and buttery. With a little salt, they are undeniable! Regular chargers, on the other hand, are for the more heath conscious crowd. Kind of uppity if you ask me. I say, go to the gym regularly and you can allow yourself the pop chargers as a "treat."

And OP,

The HR's are at least [-------] that much better than 06-. But if you have an HR with a pop charger then, I'd have to say, [---] that much better.

Why does everyone assume every 06 has oil consumption problems. You never owned one. Stop assuming and reading posts on a forum. There are more 06s on the road than what you see on this forum. So the 5% of the Z's on this forum have the consumption problem. What about the other 95%?

Anyway the 03-05 is like but the 07 is like .

Agreed! SOME '06 manual trans had this issue - and '05 anniv. That's it. I love my '06 - and the color (I.F.) isn't available in any other year. So - I'm keeping it for a long time!

oh and who is telling people that a DE has more TQ than an HR? on the sticker when they were new yes, but only because a new power rating was used since 07 making the numbers closer to whp

The 07 Z is a bit more refined, with most of the bugs worked out.
While the 06 has oil consumption issues, the 07 did have a clutch
recall or something like that. The HR engine is very nice, and a bit
more powerful. I had an 06, and went to an 08, and the difference
is really quite substantial to me.
