Why do our 350Z's NOT have 'in-cabin microfilters'???

Apparently it is "standard epuipment" on the Maxima & Murano!

I'm performing my 15k service and this was one of the things I was looking forward in replacing (did it in my Lexus @ 10k miles) it keeps the A/C really fresh! And particularly here in Dallas, where it's "Hotter than a Fat Man at a Mexican Buffett", I keep my A/C on 'recirculate' always!
Anyone else not troubled by this?
And I wonder if this is an option on the new 04' models?
