nissans website says 274 so its a mistake whatever the person saw

I viewed my first Z at the dealer last night. The 274 number is peak torque I think at something like 4800 rpm. The guy was talking about this last night. He also mentioned that at 1700rpm it has over 220 ftlb's of torque. Pretty impressive to me.

Who cares what the sticker says... SCC dyno'd it at 244whp and 238wtq!

Question What month of SCC?

what month did they actually test the car? I have a monthly subscrption and I don't remember that issue. I remember an issue when they had a pre-production model before the final hp numbers cam out. That had it with the Sentra Spec V but hat was a few months ago.

The Nissan website has the specs as follows:

287 hp @ 6,200 rpm
274 lb-ft @ 4,800 rpm

But these are new numbers. I remember always seeing 276HP. The Infinity site reads 275+ hp for the G35 coupe.
