Default G35 totalled...time for 350z?

Hey guys, i had an 2005 g35 coupe and it just got totalled and written off as a total loss. I was thinking about buying a 350z now. I no there are alot of different types and i was wondering if someone could point them out. I will be buying a automatic most likely and the faster the better. Also anything i should know and when did major updates come in for the things like the interior and headlights and such. Thanks

i drove both of them!!!
Me: 03 Z Track
Bro: 05 G Coupe

Z hands better then G
Z faster then G
G has rear seat
GOOD LUCK

I would rather get DE then Rev up but HR then both of them.
DE much more torquey but Rev up seems much smoother than DE

I would look for an '06 or newer Z with the touring pkg. If your used to the G, then you'll want all the perks from the touring model. I believe the only model above that is the Grand touring model with different wheels.

BTW.....what happened to the G to get totalled ?

shes gone, totalled, written off. leaving oout alot of details, inshort....was making left turn, some ret@rd ran a redlight going 120km/h in a minivan and plowed my car...pushed my car bak like 5 feet, then when his car swirved da other way....my car did 2 360's in the middle of the intersection. My legs, neck, and shoulders are bruised and scratched up and my cars no more. I will upload pictures when i take them. I need to get another car soon and dont know if i should just get another G35 in maybe black or white this time or to go for a 350z. Any other cars that are worth taking a look at?. I cant go over approx 24 000$ ......unless i sue the guy, then imma buy a lambo lol

thats my post on 6mt.net .....i didnt modify it.....ill have pic tommorow or so, ahve to gopic up the subs out of the car, will take some pics.

im only looking at spending less then 22,000 so 370z is out of the question. Just need to know what type of 350z i should get 2003-2005....and which trim model is the best, or what the different ones are

Read through the 100 questions. Don't have to read it all, but try to spot the important ones that deal with different trim levels and such. Should find what you want in there.

Because it's the lightest car out of all the models. It doesn't have all the unnecessary stuff (traction control, cruise control, leather seats etc.). Anyway i was looking to buy a G35 before i bought my Z (great looking coupe). I test drove one and wasn't satisfied (too heavy, not sporty or luxury enough) But after test driving a Z, i knew i had to have it. Many people say they are the same car, but I felt a big difference when i drove the two. You won't be disappointed going from a G to a Z
