Honestly, your story is hard to swallow. 99% of the time the person in the crash was involved in the racing in some way. I'm not saying you were racing, but some things don't add up. When some punk is trying to get me to race (being in a Z, I get it ALL the time from the 4-banger teens) I don't make a move. I don't speed up or shift lanes or anything. If you make them think you are going to race, they will just drive even more like a tard.
I'm the kind of person (maybe it's gullibility) who trusts the poster. I believe you, but you probably won't get sympathy from everyone. Some people aren't so trusting. Especially since you spent time in jail, the cops usually do better work than that. You're supposed to be innocent until proven guilty and you seem awfully cool about doing time when you did nothing wrong. I know I wouldn't be.

im 18 sorry im not replying to all of them.
well my lawyer said he can insure i will win
the case and that if i wanted to sue for wrongful
arrest that he would be more then happy.. so im
just waiting now...
and i was mad about going to jail as you saw...
in my post were i said i wanted to kill the mustang driver,
but there is nothing i can do i was already there and nothing
is gonna change that.. thanks replys guys.

well last night i was driving down a 3 lane street (far right lane)
and some stupid mustang was hauling a5s to catch (far left lane)
up to me, and then some some jeep starts trying to race the
mustang... The jeep is in my lane kinda far behind me. He
coming up pretty fast to i change lanes to get out of his way,
and BAM hit me all on the side of my car from the back bumper
all the way to my front bumper. I was like *****! he tried to go all
the way to the left to get away but i followed him, and then i see
cop lights and im like THANK GOD! he pulls all the way back to the right
and I do to with the cop right behind us the guy takes off just as i pull
into a parking lot. The cop gets right behind me pulls out his gun and
says im being arrested for street racing i was like WTF!? So im in the back
of the cop car and, the mustang that was there pulls in and tells the cop
hey he wasnt doing anything it was the jeep... He pulls the guy out the
mustang and arrest him too... and after all this the jeep gets away with
a hit and run and i go to jail for 14 hours for getting hit...
I got to court in december I plan on fighting this all

i just cruise in my car, my friends

this does suck, but did you even mention to the cop that you were chasing the guy after he slammed into you?
Kinda late now, but for anyone this happens to next time you've got to call the cops while your chasing so at least the incident is documented as a 911 call...ya know???
TG for connections...but i was out driving to go to my GF's when a BMW x5 flys past me at a red light going into the on coming traffic lane to go around people stopped at a light to run it. As i drive about 2 miles to the next light b4 the highway i was messing with my i pod, but noticed an undercover car slightly next to me with some guy trying to look at me. Next thing i know Im being pulled over.....the reason was because some FOOL called the cops and said what that x5 was doing but never detailed what kind of car it was. ONLY thing that was said was BLACK car. Little did i know i happened to be the only IDIOT with a black car on the road at the moment. ( x5 was black) Low and behold thank god the cop was a family friend and i explained to him what happened and what the car truly was. The next day he came in to a oil change and i was talking to him and he said that if he didn't know me i would of been screwed in the sense that i would of had to go to court, and the caller would of had to be a witness for prosecution. I probably would of gotten off due to him hopefully stating that my car wasn't the car, but who the hell knows with people these days.

they will only write a ticket if the "caller" testifies. And im saying lets say the guy was a ***** and just calls me out on the thing regardless ya know.
