Default Car arrived 5 weeks early

Just got a call from my dealer today, car was being unloaded from trailer. Was very suprised, last headr it wouldbe comming end of September. One of dealers first two. Probably one of first in Milwaukee or Wisconsin.

Dealer was great, did not put license plate holder on, no sticker on back, and kept car well away from other cars. One guy I talked to said had been told anyone that drives car would be fired. 11 miles on odometer. Good service.

Will pick up tomorrow. Took for short drive, and a lot of concerns people had, shifter, antena etc. no big deal. Still had plastic on it so couldn't see all, but is a pretty car.

Congrats! I too had my date bumped up. Originally was being told November and now its likely October which is nice! (I hope I didn't jinx myslef)

The first car at my dealer was actually driven from the port of Vancouver to the showroom by one of the guys at the dealer WITHOUT the permission of the person that pre-ordered the car. Ouch.

Seems like many people are seeing cars come early now for some reason. Interesting.

Agree cars seem to be in early. Think my VIn is 900+. Would be interesting to see how high VIN numbers are right now. That might suggest how far along deliveries are assuming 7000 pre-deliveries. Not sure if same VIN number scheme in Canada, but may still be telling.

Person must have been pissed if a lot of miles were put on. Know I was feeling pretty parental/protective with mine, and was happy to get the treatment. Reminds me of a guy I know who had a Porsche driven to him, when got it, transmission trashed, OUCHIE.

Have taken several trips through BC up to Alaska, back through Glacier Natl Park etc., all the sights. Beautiful country.

Good luck with your delivery.
