Hey man that sucks that they treated you like that man. I would strongly suggest that you don't take your dad unless your under the age of 18. If you take you dad you should still do all the talking and have your dad on stand-by. Hope I'm not out of line but I think that if you handle this yourself then you will feel a lot better about yourself when everything is fixed.

Builds character and grows hair on your chest!!!!

I think that is a good suggestion.

Another thing to consider, and I'm just playing Devil's Advocate here, is how old are you, and how old was the service rep? There is no excuse for poor customer service, but sometimes old farts like me can misinterpret kid's mannerisms as "attitude". Your decision to be mature and not to argue with the guy was a good one.

By the way, you should give us the name of this dealership and where it's located at so people local to you young or older knows not to go there. You'd be surprised what the internet can do to a business.

try Eisenhauer Nissan. I took my car there a few months back, they replaced my trans no questions asked. Very good customer service and they did a fair job with the installation.

It is registered under my name, the loan was taken out under my name with my dad as the co-signer. I'm not saying my parents didnt help me out, but it is legally registered as MY car.

You should've just called the service dept. I would never walk in there w/o having an appointment.
