My trip to Nissan Services.
I didnt feel a need to argue with the guy, and i felt like i had made a fool out of myself thinking that the Transmission was on recall haha. but im going to head down with my dad and hopefully they'll take him seriously. I doubt they treat all of their customers that way so we'll see what happens monday.

Hey man that sucks that they treated you like that man. I would strongly suggest that you don't take your dad unless your under the age of 18. If you take you dad you should still do all the talking and have your dad on stand-by. Hope I'm not out of line but I think that if you handle this yourself then you will feel a lot better about yourself when everything is fixed.

Another thing to consider, and I'm just playing Devil's Advocate here, is how old are you, and how old was the service rep? There is no excuse for poor customer service, but sometimes old farts like me can misinterpret kid's mannerisms as "attitude". Your decision to be mature and not to argue with the guy was a good one.
Dave
By the way, you should give us the name of this dealership and where it's located at so people local to you young or older knows not to go there. You'd be surprised what the internet can do to a business.
try Eisenhauer Nissan. I took my car there a few months back, they replaced my trans no questions asked. Very good customer service and they did a fair job with the installation.
