50 state emissions? all or just cali?
Are there different versions of 350z, ie the "50 state emissions" one and then the NON california one? Does 50 state emissions ACTUALLY MEAN California emissions? If so, is the cali emissions car as powerful, sound as good etc as the "EVERYONE ELSE" emissions version?
There are emissions in a lot more than California, but Cali is the only one that requires a product to have a CARB sticker (California Air Resources Board) Therefore it may still pass emissions in other states, but because it's not CARB certifified it is therefore not legal in California.
All the Z's are California legal from the factory because it's cheaper to build one version. They used to make different versions of cars way back when, but that time is long gone.

if i remember from buyin my car in massachussets it had to be CARB legal...
alot of states require cars to be sold with california emissions...
basicly most car manufacturers make cars to meet Cali standards...
I THINK the California Edition Dodge Hemmi pick up was made to fit the CARB standards.. and normally it doesnt?
