Talking After months of waiting...

Its Here!!!

and

Just a couple of crappy photos to prove I have it. More this weekend.

I think this is the first Chrome Silver Track to be posted. The silver of the Rays is an identical match of the Chome silver. It makes for a very monotone scheme but the tails and the brembos really stand out. I wasn't sure about the color till I saw this combo. I am definatly happy!

Congrats Alang....BTW, impossible to be a crappy pic when a Z AND a basketball hoop are in the same frame!

Way to go Alang!! Sounds like it's going to be a perfect weekend for getting those break-in miles knocked out!

And I see that Mossy left the front license plate frame off! Cool!

Congrats. The chome silver looks amazing with the shadows from your garage overhang. Also I noticed that you got your car on 8/23/02, and you were expecting it 8/23-8/30. It's encouraging to know that you got it when it promised.

Alang -
Nice pics and congrats!!! I will officially be lookin for you out on the roads here in SD.
By the way, when/where did you order yours? I ordered mine on Jan. 22 in El Cajon and have been told that delivery won't be until November.
I know I am probably the only one who hasn't figured out how the delivery dates are set up (ha ha), but can you let me know when you ordered yours?

Have fun - what a weekend you must have planned.....

Default I'm Happy.

The Z was made to be Chrome (or is it visa versa?). That 1st pic looks every bit as good as the liquid mercury show car!

BTW, what dealer in CA? And, how did you get them to leave off the plate frame?

Default Mossy Nissan Escondido

Hey Alang, congrats on your car. It's beautiful.

Can you tell me how your experience w/ Mossy Escondido was? I have a pre order w/ the same exact dealer. Can you tell me how much in advance did they tell you your car would arrive? Was it same day? Or how was the paperwork process? And who was your dealer? Just tell me as much as you can and I'd truly appreciate it.

Way to go my friend. Looks great. At first I thought you had a bra on it because of the shadow!

Isn't it funny, no matter which color we all ordered, evey time someone posts their new pics, no matter what the color, they all look SO GOOD! This car is just awesome looking in any color!

Default Excellent package...

I like the aero wing a lot... subtle, but effective. Congratulations! Can't wait to pick my Z up in September. I'd like to believe my car is in the 300 or so Z’s that were sitting on NJ docks. I have not been able to see the Chrome Silver in person, so I'm ordering blind. From what I can tell, most of the recent owners that are taking delivery on their Z's have been Silver stone, which I must say looks nicer every time I look at it.

Anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new baby.
Cheers.

The CS in person is awesome. When I first saw pics of the silverstone I questioned my choice, but after seeing the CS with the Rays, I am so happy I stuck to my initial impulse. Its nothing like the show car (which I did get to see in person in LA). The show car had a lot of blue in it. The depth of the color is what really surprised me. Silver is not normally a deep color, but they did a great job.

The shifter isn't as precise as some, but it has a really good feel. I have been driving a slushbox for the last 2 years, so it has taken some getting used to. The more I drive it, the better it feels.
