Happy birtyday to ZE!!
On thanksgiving night i was rearended by a drunk driver. the insurance gave me 6-7K to get the frame pulled, rear quarter panel replaced, exhaust replaced, rear bumper replaced, as well as paint labor etc.... I do body work myself, so my mentor and I (the guy who taught me body work) went at it. I was able to get the frame pulled, SAVE the quarter panel, buy a bumper, and paint the whole thing for $800! and for $800 i must say it looks pretty good! a few blemishes here and there, and a few body lines are SLIGHTLY out of whack, but no complaints...
Anyway, i had so much money left over i decided to spoil myself.. My birthday was last monday so i figured what better present that work meister s1's, CF hood, tonneau cover, and trunk (<3 jim@showstoppers).. and of course 4.08 gears (<3 adam@z1). also got some CF door handles coming in the mail (<3 dspiel@m1autosport). below are before and after pics (sorry, all i have is an iphone.. if anyone wants better pics im sure i can get my hands on a legit digital cam):

I realize I took some ugly angles lol but after 4-5 hrs of work I was just happy to see the final results. Overall, the shipment of the CF was GREAT no cracks, scratches, anything. Fast shipping on all items. Fitment was great on all the CF parts as well (I still need to adjust the hood some, but ill do that tomorrow) My front bumper IS a different color but that will be replaced shortly. Hopefully I can wash her up and take some better quality pics tomorrow. Thanx to all the vendors and thanx for looking!

I was thinking about doing the blackout to the reflectors already lol especially after this install. I want the 06+ headlights so I may wait to see what custom things I can do with those.

I plan on a whole bunch! I was thinking about dropping it some, but I have 40 aspect tires on it and honestly wheel gap is minimal. If I make a semi-sharp turn at 25-30 mph my tires hit the fender lol. I dont think 1k of coilovers are worth it -yet-. I'm close to getting the nismo v3 front and (undetermined some brand) sides , and nismo rear pieces. Then I plan on clutch (maybe flywheel.. but with the 4.08 and a flywheel ill roast tires all day). by the end of summer im looking to get a BBK and APS TT kit. As long as my stock trading goes well ill be in good shape for the above.
