Sold My Z for STi

don't listen to what some of the people on here say, they are just biased and ignorant people who think they are 2 steps ahead of the game cuz they have 2 less doors. not to mention that most think the Z is a F430.
performance has nothing to do with the number of doors ! congrads on the new car. I absolutly love the STI and would take it over any Z ANYDAY. the Z33 is nothing but a JOKE as a "performance" car compared to the STI, specially when modding potential is considered.

drive an STI and you will understand why. preferably one with a BOV and a catback. The car is basically an insanely fun vehicle to drive. The exhaust note is by far my favorite thing about the car. killer traction, extremly short gears, insane acceleration, awesome brakes, sharp and precise steering, great handling, aggressive ride quality, back fires, bov sound.... the list continues !
overall, its just one sick car that will make you smile EVERYTIME u drive it.

Hey guys, I just sold my 07 Enthusiast for an 05 STi and let me tell you, ill never ever ever turn back. Having a Z was great an all, but the STi is clearly the extremely better sports car for the money. These forums were great for me over the past 2 years, but the time has come to move to the STi forums, where the real powers at.

i'e been driving VQ for 6 years, 3 of which has seen 12 lbs DD. I know how these engines respond well to mods but at what cost? the VQ35HR is a GREAT engine but mod for mod, the STI is easier and cheaper to make fast.

I used to think of Sti/Evo's as "family cars with a hairdryer" / "fast sedans" like some of those who arn't really fans. But then I realised I was just becoming one of those closed minded people who think their car is all that and a bag of chips, without any respect for anyone elses car.

Whenever a r32, r33, r34, supra, mr2, sti, evo, 350z, s2000 rolls into work I always chat about the two cars with the owner, admiring features of both. I have no issue accepting someone else's ego and car are bigger and faster than mine... so oblivious is Jerry.

some people like to twist the facts in their favor. reality is that both cars go for the same price, one that can afford the Z can also afford the STI. no need for all that. give credit where its due !

No one said sti was a terrible car, we are just saying this kid doesnt know what hes talking about. Sti is one of my favorite cars.. the exhaust is fuking SEX
