Default Trunk

Is the trunk covered or open?

I didn't notice a cover when I was looking at a Z...

Well, if you're refering to the hatch area, it's open. No cover like the Z32 has.

If I want to leave my laptop in the car (parked) what should I do?

Is there a way to cover it?

The trunk is open meaning you can get into it from the front seats and from the outside looking in you can see through the rear window into the trunk. I think this is what you asking for.

Remove spare tire, make hidden "bat cave" compartment for laptop.

Uh, you can lock the compartment behind the passengers seat. Depending on the size of the laptop, it should fit in there.

If you put it towards the back of the hatch, you won't really be able to see it. You might want to tint your windows just in case.
