Carfax can be a joke. if you do not report the damage through your insurance or fix yourself, it never shows up. I like the part on there thats says 'we estimate this car had x amount of owners' Some fool at a used car joint tried to pawn that is good information when i was looking for a GS-R

BBB is worthless too, that whole orgnaization is a joke when you need something. If you work for the BBB, you should do something more productive with your life, like sweep trash at a high school.

A response from the BBB to me :

"We have received your most recent correspondence in the above-mentioned complaint case.

You have indicated that you are NOT satisfied with the business' response in the matter.

Unfortunately, BBB can not pursue the matter further. BBB is a nonprofit organization with no legal powers. "

Screw car fax and all them phony places trying to make a buck off false info. That commercial of there's where you see smashed cars and people typing that they are in good shape is the damn truth.

Just another biz taking your Dolla.

If you want the REAL car report take the car to your mechanic so he or she can look it over and give you the real deal.

I member some poor indian man went to this shiesty russian dude to buy some civic. Car was smashed all over and was all welded up. I right in front of the russian guy told the indian guy not to buy this junk. GUy gave me dirty looks the whole time, but you know what i would have been the idiot working on it as the indian guy was a customer of mine. F that! haha.....

listen up bud i own a car dealership, you already made the deal you eff'd the nissan dealer over and there isn't **** they can do. get all your paper work you had got when you purchased the s2k get a carfax report of it. (if it shows that its a clean title) set these pieces of papers on the side just incase the dealer trys something fishy and also you got proof that you where innocent of the frame damage so the dealer you bought the s2k takes responsibility instead of you

I have bought several demos over the years from a relative in the business and the always have several thousand miles.

As far taking back the car goes, you would be surprised what they can get away with. I have seen several instances where the dealer took the car back after it was sold. What happened was the dealer arranged a loan with the bank and got an approval. They sign all the loan docs and buy the car. Almost a week passes and the bank says that the loan was conditional on something like verifying income and the applicant doesn't qualify. So even though it was sold and title had been finalized the dealer had it all reversed.

So again, talk to a lawyer. They might prove to be more helpful than our opinions.
when i sold cars, they made me go pick up a car after they had it for about a week. i felt

They can sue him. They just may not win.

I was going to write a long speech of how I had the same thing happen to me when I bought my z, when I traded in my practically new 07 vw gti.......but u said they have paid off ur old car....so ur good...my dealer refused to pay because they wanted my z back.....after some lawyers and proof (ie no accidents on file in the state and clean carfax) they paid of my gti and nissan corp gave me 0% financing for a year for the "inconvenience"

So u are all good IMO

keep ur documentation....and give em' the finger when u drive by!
