Ever seen those bitter beer face commercials? That's what I did when I saw this thread.

Sorry, just not into this at all. Glad you're happy though.

I really respect the work/time put into it, but it looks ridiculous to me, I mean ridiculous in a very horrible way. In my opinion, it totally ruins the Z's sexiness and good looks. It looks like plain, well, rice to me.

I don't really like most of the aftermarket body kits available for the Z, I think small minor exterior mods make it look the best, some nice wheel, lower the car a little bit, maybe a nice lip, stuff like that. Though I've seen some Zs with nice body kits that look good, most of the time it ruins the cars lines, imo.

If it makes you happy, though, I'm happy for you .

Congrats!

I somehow missed this thread a bit ago and read all of the commentary
over the last few minutes....

Tony - Car looks awesome. Quality work in and out. What is the origin
of the kit? I had secretly wished this was the sorcery kit, but it doesn't
quite look the same. The wheels don't seem to mesh well. There is a guy
with a few sets of -13/-17 (+/-) gold gtc's in california that might fit
the bill, though even those offsets might be too mild.

My personal take is "to each his own," I've clearly got my own taste,
as does everyone else. This car is easily "WILD" - and thus should be
compared to other vehicles in this category... ALL OF WHICH THIS
SMASHES. I just don't think I have seen another widebody with so
many perfect details. These setups are extremely difficult to pull off
with any success, which Tony has clearly acheived.

Let the haters hate, but you've got a killer here.

I agree, "to each his own". If everybody had the same taste, it would be really boring to go to a car show. in fact, you wouldn't need to go to one. You could just look at your car.

Looks a bit gaudy (sp?) to me. But to each his own. If you like it, it's all that matters.
