Question about NNA
When you call with a complaint and open a case, does that case remain in their database(s) permanently? I am calling them tomorrow so I can have some documented proof of the problems I'm having (tranny,window streak, bose etc). I plan to keep the case # they give me as ammo. Just in case my dealer tries anything funny.

Yes, it stays open until it is resolved. I have a current case on my Max about a continous pinging problem. The Nissan Corp Tech support department does blow. They tell the dealer it's normal and to live with it.
