at the dealership near my house (NISSAN OF ELK GROVE)

they had 4 liquid aluminum 350z in their lot during their grand opening.

they were side-by-side next to silverstone and chrome silver.

the liquid aluminum was just a tad bit lighter than the chrome silver.

my .02 cents.

Still like my Redline better. There's just too many silver cars around. But I do have a CUSTOM chrome (silvery) truck door edge grill and I do like that.

those new shots really bring it out better......it does look noticeably lighter.....could just be the glare.

if it wasnt 1k for that color it would be what i could expect to pick up in december. weeeeee

 

2004z , Thanks for your compliment. I personally wanted to buy CS at first. I changed my mind after seeing Liquid Aluminium because its lighter & brighter in color. Hey! Everybody have different opinions anyway, If all of us going for the same color, I bet we have to wait a very long line before we can get our cars.

Since sports cars aren't exactly practical transportation in the first place its about what floats your boat. Enjoy the heck out of the LA. (and ignor comments about a "3rd silver" color) Fine, fine lookin' machine.

Those new pics have finally shown me a difference from CS. It is a lighter shade overall.

It will probably be more evident if a side by side shot was taken with a CS or seeing it in person.
