Question regarding insurance coverage for accidentals...please help!!
hey fellas, i made a post here in january about an accident i got into, well my car is all fixed shop did an amazing job with the paint and im happy except now when i went to take the car the headlight for my drivers side looks different, the blinker bulb above the headlight on my factory passenger side the housing for the blinker bulb is yellow on the new headlight it is clear. I called a few dealers around the area and the ones that have it in stock have them and they are clear.
Now i spoke to my insurance and she says that if that was something that was changed mid production they cannot replace my passenger side as well as it was not damaged. Now the accident wasnt my fault, someone hit me. Is it truly ok for them to give me a headlight that looks different from the one on my passenger side, or can i forced them to give me an identical in case they cannot find one with yellow housing just like my passenger side one, what can i do in order to potentially get a new headlight for my passenger side?.
