Default Emissions Question

I'm sure if I should post this here or modifications, but a lot of members seem to be buying products which won't pass emissions such as the XERD headers, and test pipes.

My question is to those who are, how are you going to pass through emissions? Are you guys going to remove all the modificatoins and take it ? Because that's just a bitc* especially when you have headers!

Also, if anyone in the VA/DC/MD area know a place which I could pass by "tipping" the guy, or in any other way, let me know. I want the XERD headers, but do not want to risk not getting passed for emissions. Thanks

The only thing exhaust wise that can cause you to fail emissions is test pipes, and thats only if they happen to look under your car for the cats. At the low RPM and with no load that they run the tests at you're not going to see any real increase in emissions.
