Not living in NJ under your own name you don't. I paid $224 a month before I put the car into storage just a month ago.

Yup.. i didnt really want the monthly to be higher i should look in how much it will rise if i get a lower deductible.
in the long run with no problems a 950$ Deduc is better then paying more monthly..
but you just never know what can happen..

Well I guess it all depends on where you live. I live out in the country so there are alot of deer at night so I changed my deductible after I hit a deer. But like you said anything can happen.

I'm 24 and pay 160/month through Geico for 25/50/50. I just switched too, I was paying 190/month. Insurance premiums suck here, you're right about that.

+1 I am 20 and pay 70 a month for full coverage with a $500 deduct with USAA I love it.

When I joined the military it dropped my insurance by more then half when I switched to USAA.

Im 26 (just turned last thursday) I have two cars, 2006 Z and 2008 Mazda 3. Both fully insured with zero deductible. I pay about 180 a month for 6 months with 2 at fault accidents on my record (don't ask, I was not at fault but I got screwed by my former insurance). Even with my record, 2 new cars, no deductible, 180 a month. And with a very reputable company I would recommend to anyone in California.

Insurance is such a f'king scam. I'm 21 and paid $200 a bucks for full coverage of my last car (sedan), and $200 bucks a month for the Z with no points ever. Now because of a 2 point speeding ticket last year (yeah I was going a little too fast... big deal it was 2am) insurance wants to charge me almost $400 a month for full coverage. F'king esurance is bs. I'm changing my policy before next term for sure.

The Z is NOT worth $400/month, I'd rather buy a brand new Z, and have two with basic insurance...
