Well ladies and gentleman. I receive the second best phone call of my life today. My car is available and i can pick it up anytime on tuesday 8/27/02. It's 10 days ahead of schedule!

Only bad news is that i'm going to get it on weds. BUT GOD DAMN! ITS HERE!

Did you see your VIN show up on nissandriven.com before the dealer called you? I've been checking my dealer's (Arlington Nissan) inventory regularly, but nothing yet. It looks like Woodfield Nissan has quite a few now.

I have been checking my dealer's inventory list and mine just showed up this morning. I called ASAP (imagine that) and it will be at the dealer this afternoon or tomorrow morning!!!!!!

 

Awesome news Jewelz350! Mine's still not there, but I keep checking. When I called the woman at NNA to register for the Chicago Motor Speedway event, she told me mine should be in soon. Are you coming up to Chicago for that?

I have another polite call into my dealer asking for information on build/delivery date. I am supposed to be an August build, but who knows anymore.

the break-in period is really a non-issue.
