I'm trying to find information on some ramps (for lack of a better term) that I can place from the street up to the sidewalk. I have a very abrupt step up from the street to get into my driveway. I seem to remember a long time ago, that there was a post about a nice device that helped with this problem but, I can't find the thread.

Any help is much appreciated.

I got into the website right after mannishboy posted it but, now, I can't get in.

 

I just got a set from www.discountramps.com 4" curb ramps all aluminum light weight

 

I'm looking for something that could be left at the end of the driveway with out sticking out into the street. Just something to reduce the "impact" of pulling into the driveway.

 

Seems like it works now again.

 

I had a steep curb at the end of my driveway. I called the County Highway Department and complained. They came out a few days later and put in a nice asphalt ramp for me. No charge.
