Default I drove the tail of the dragon this weekend.

Deals Gap in North Carolina / Tennessee 318 turns in 11 miles of two lane road freshly paved. My Z performed flawlessly. I was running away from a surprising number of the bikes that were shredding, knee down through those turns. Scared my wife to death.

There was a silver Z that honked at me while I was sitting at one end getting a drink (sunkist tangerine). Later I turned around for the return trip and passed him parked on the side of the road wading in the river with his girlfriend(?) and honked back.

Anyone else been up there? The road is better than any track I have been on. Highly recommended. Saw only one cop the whole trip, he was helping a couple change a flat.

Yeah, its a whole lot of fun. Much better without the stock tires though! We will hit it on the way back from the Petite Le Mans in Oct.

Been there, done that a few weeks ago. Tried to get a big group of Zs and no one was interested. Find three full write ups on the roads at this link...
