Bought my Z second hand at 2000 miles. Its a 2003 silver touring w/At. The car now has 3500 mi on it.

Question

Over the last 1500 mi.s the car 's exhaust seems a lot quiter maybe half the noise . Horsepower seems a bit down as well .

Is this normal or am I getting use to the car ? Can help thinking somethings wrong with the Cat or the tuning of the car.

It is possible. My guess is that you are just getting used to the car's sound and performance so they do not seem as dramatic as they were when you first got it..
