What do the accelerator controller , intake and spacers have to do with what RPM you set the shift light at?

7000 RPM.

I don't drag race and don't wind my car out that far, and I don't need a light to tell me when to shift, so I set it high so I never have to see it.

And after an hour I'm still 15 miles away and I'm not there yet My time is worth more than the gas money, and it's boring at 65

7400, who cares about gas. was 5 1/2 hear last summer (Big island) i dont care, i bought the car for fun not to worry about how much it cost to run it. I dont use the light, i usually go by the sound, light is a helpful reminder though.

Well my reason for setting at 3.5k~ is not to get tickets or just to keep my speed within reasonable limits, this does not mean i dont push it past 7k, i do and do you think i really give a f what the red light says? infact when it comes on, it gives me even more adrenaline n NAWSSSSS, like a perfect race car with all pretty lights blinking n engine screaming

4600 I only hit it in 1st & 2nd gears, it starts blinking at 4100. Guess I am not cool enough to set at 7600 & never hit it but sound like I am too cool.

I keep my HR's rev light right at redline 7500 rpm. That way when the light starts blinking at 7,000, by the time i shift it's right at 7500. Good way to keep from going past redline
