6600 for my 03, but I hardly ever use it. I mainly go off of sound and feel to shift.

4000, but that is just for daily driving. i live on a military base so i never get above 40 and there is no point. when i go on long drives in the mountains i will put it at 6600 so the flashing comes on at 6100. the flashing gets my attention a little better than solid.
