Do it right the first time my man and save yourself a lot of $$$ and heartache. I will put it to you straight out, the wheels suck, stereo is dated and why TF would you put a CF hood with vents over an OEM engine. Do some research, save some cash and do it right (or at least decent) the first time. Check this site for wheels, crutchfield for stereo and use the cash for engine mods instead of hood...Good luck!!!!

I don't think there is a "do it right" option for this guy, much less the first time. Destined for fail, so we should just enjoy the carnage.

There are the types of people who make this forum great who like to help people out and give tips and advice, and then there are people like you, go waste your time somewhere else

All there trying to say is its not a civic... dont go cheap i would rather you drop 4K on rims then 4K on a rice hood and cheap wheels with **** offsets and a stereo as tthe man stated above cuts off alot.. Go look at others cars and learn from there mistakes.. Save your money and dont blow it on knock off toys

Any carbon fiber hood with an otherwise stock body looks lame.

Want a good stereo? I'm partial to Kenwood DNX7210 and newer models.

Any vented hood (with working, open vents) is functional. Exterior mods are needed to set it off and make it not look goofy and out-of-place.

Any stock-style CF hood is lame. Not functional, and on a stock body it looks gay and out of place.

Our hoods are already really light, so trying to use a "weight-savings" excuse is worthless. In fact, IIRC, a vendor mentioned that a lot of CF hoods weigh more than the stock hood.
