Dude, if you really want the CF hood, go OEM style, looks cleaner IMO, but if you wanna go for that transformer/ Go-Bot look go for it then.
Dont put those wheels, if you like mesh style wheels, go for some Mrr's, SSR's, or even some tsw's with $$$ tires for best benefit.
Put the rest of your funds under the hood!!!

you dont wanna be one of those guys who completely loses credit for having a 350z by throwin sum cheap rims on. save up and buy what you really want its so wourth it in the end. so when your done buyin these nice wheels your gonna save for, the next step is to save a little longer and go fi. theeenn you will have a purpose for a vented hood

Replacing a perfectly great aluminum hood for a Crazy vented envy of the civic owner CF hood FTL, FTMFL if you go for the built from the junkyard look and don't paint the hood.
