So their insurance company said 2500 in damage and I have had two private quotes at 4300 any suggestions?

Honestly that doesn't look like 4300 in damages. I think it can be fixed with 2500, more reasonably 3000.

I had a really bad fender on my Porsche where the metal had actually creased and opened a hole (similar to a crushed soda can) and several shops quoted replacing the fender while the one who did the work (Jones Autowerks in San Antonio, TX) repaired the original without use of filler (I saw the car prior to paint).
I'm calling How did he repair the hole with no filler while also getting out every crease?! Ya what the flag says...

A good body shop will REPLACE the damaged part not straighten and use filler.
