Why don't people realize when there in the turn lane they are suppose to turn! Not go straight!! I MEAN REALLY, READ A DPS BOOK!!!!!!!



Anyway sad to say I got in my first wreck before I even made my first payment on the car. What the hell is that about.

yes there is a right turn lane, and then there is a lane that you can go straight or right out of.

 

Damn, my condolences. At the very least, if it's any sort constellation, is that there's no argument about who ran a red light, or didn't yield the right of way... a right turn only lane is pretty damn cut and dry, you gotta make a f-ing right turn... sound's pretty black and white from a who f-d up and did something that they shouldn't have been doing perspective... did the other car at least have insurance??? Not even to the first payment though, that's rough, but you can use that as leverage also with the other insurance company's claims rep... you can explain that here you have this brand new car that's in immaculate condition, and they're now obligated to get your car back in pristine condition.

What tha hell hit u.. the damage looks weird to me, I wulda figured it woulda been more toward the front if the person was tryna go straight.. Maybe they just turned REALLY wide, they might argue that you didnt give them enough room to maneuver

 

I've had this happen a few times.

Imagine your in a left turn lane waiting for your green left arrow. The car opposite of you is doing the same thing.

Both of you get green left arrows at the same time. This is very common in Seattle Metro.

The opposite car changes it's mind and goes forward instead. You wouldn't expect it at all.

1st time it happened I saw her coming. I blasted my horn and the ***** flips me off...lol

Now I hesitate to see what their really going to do.

I was also turning right, they turned into my lane or tried to go straight not really sure either way but I was a little bit ahead of them in the turn.
