Typical in CA, no insurance, no license, no anything, just driving. Once gone, no anybody to pay the bill. As to moving, same happened to me in my suv, and then tried to say they didn't move the car at all. Good thing was, they had knocked me into another car, and that car became a witness. Also he got a ticket or wreckless driving, speeding. And by the way no insurance, not licensed. My insurance actually paid the damage to my suv. Also another reason insurance is going higher, due to those type of drivers on the road.

 

i dont understand how people can drive without insurance. im 21 and at the bottom of the totem pole in the Navy, so i dont make a ton of cash. literally half my paycheck goes to car payments and insurance, and i still get by.

 

She has insurance....just the vehicle that was unregistered because her plate has expired. If she didn't have insurance....she would have been arrested, received an even bigger fines and maybe lose her license too.

The most expensive part are those headlights and i need to replace them both!!
