Rear Ended by a Drunk Driver...(PICS)
Now they are saying that the guy that hit me did not list his vehicle on his insurance, so therefore he is not covered.
His policy was paid 6 months in advance, two months after he prepaid his insurance, he bought another car. He did not notify his insurance of the new car.
Supposedly they will honor the claim as long as the new car is a replacement vehicle and not an additional vehicle to the car originally listed on his policy.
At this point, this is becoming a nightmare. I just want to get my car fixed and be done with it, but I also don't want to be out of pocket my deductible. I'll just let the insurance companies sort it out at this point.
