Default Bad experience with Warehouse55.com

*Moderators please move this if needed, I didn't know where to post this. Thank you"

Hello,

I don't really like to post this kind of thread but I feel that I have received bad service from a vendor of this forum called Warehouse55.com

On December 18th 2008 I paid by credit card for a set of Advan RS wheels with center caps and lug nuts delivered to my home in Switzerland.

At this time I still have not received the center caps I have paid for, and my last three e-mail requests have been ignored.

It is not about the money, those caps are not expensive. And I understand that sometimes items can be out of stock.

But it is not ok to simply ignore e-mails request by customers. I sent them an e-mail before leaving for my summer holidays, which was not replied to. That was on July 17th.

I would advise other my350z.com members and particularly members from abroad NOT to do any business with Warehouse55.com

Hope this will help someone

Cheers,

Manu

Sorry about your bad experience.
It doesn't look like warehouse55com or Warehouse55 have vendor status on here anymore. They just show as registered users.
Sounds like it's a good thing they're not. I hope you get your caps sometime.

Hey man thanks for the kind words

Yeah back in November or October 08 they were vendors on here, I saw the thread in the marketplace forum. This is why I got the wheels from them, I figured a vendor on here would be reliable. Live and learn.

At least no other member will get burned.

Thanks for the support

I don't think I'll ever get them now lol and it could have been worse, at least they sent my wheels.

It would've sucked if they sent you the center caps and not the wheels. At least you're not out that much money. But I do hope you do get the centercaps sometime.

Bumping this for Poetic justice.

I was checking my account with DHL today (I order a lot of parts abroad and it is simpler to pay the customs and VAT this way), and I actually noticed that the scammers at Warehouse55.com actually charged themselves with the Swiss Customs Charges and fees + Swiss VAT that I was supposed to pay

Thank you SO much guys, this is why you weren't sending my 150 $ center caps. Because you paid over USD 700.- of charges for me.

Thanks again to Warehouse 55.com, this is great service. How silly of me to think you wanted to scam me

Sorry for the bump, but this soo made my day. Scammers so stupid they scammed themselves and got me a set of 1700 USD set of brand new RS (I had budgeted the customs and VAT charges)

Thanks Warehouse55 ! Merry X-mas to you

LOL, I'm guessing this is why they may have gone out of business.
