wtF are people ALWAYS douches towards 350z drivers Ω_Ω
And also my friends nismo was parked on the same street
Try doing the same thing to a new clean Mustang or whatever with some kid inside.
See exactly what it takes to do sh|t like this, and tailgating on a whim.

.... No dings yet on the '08.... But when I picked up my '06 and my dad sat in the passenger seat and he farted !!!!!! Before I even sat in it LOL( oh and he went along to co-sign...... Because I got a lower rate. That was a few yrs. ago. NO FLAMING)
Probably the solution to all this is by having your insurance fix it for free. By paying a few extra $ per month to insurance you get a $0 or $50 deductible for comprehensive.
But if you get the license plate of the car that did it, report that to your insurance and they will get them to pay for it. (I used to work for an auto glass company and thats how it works when a rock from another vehicle breaks your windshield, if you get the license plate, their insurance will pay for it)
I still think parking in the back of parking lots is the best idea. Not just because other dumpy cars don't park there, but because it's in PLAIN SIGHT of everybody else in the area - so nobody will mess with it.

and, i did park in the back of the parking lot
the parking lot was pretty full, but I was in the back row and only a few cars were there. Its just that I think it might be a child in the mustang passenger seat, and I would feel kind of bad... (my little sister has opened the door too fast before)Also, I think insurance would total up to be more expensive than just fixing it in the long run?
This is the burden... of proof... and then some....
So I assume you're honest, and I'm honest, but would this ever make it through a court and a jury of "peers" to your satisfaction when dealing with "some kind of person" who screwed with your 350z.

There are some places you would not park. One is a strange leather bar with loud music. I drive by one on my way to the Shell station. The parking lot there is full. No 350z anywhere near there, customer or employee. This is worth noting, as the parking lot for that strangeplace is in plain sight.
Moral- park next to another Z or ... bad luck waiting to happen...

i don't think it would even get looked at in court, and considering that I'm in high school right now and applying to colleges, I probably won't have time
. But i did take pictures in case I change my mind later!
