350z in a serious accident

[quote=scotts300;7766140]i've owned 20 some odd cars. The 350 is 2x any of the others because they are sought after by our younger generations and things like this happen - it's very common. On the other hand, but sister vehicle made by infiniti - the g35 - is in the 10 least expensive cars to insure.

And the cabin integrity is insane! my friends have pictures of the inside and its still good. the hatch is destroyed when you get the rear look, but past the speaker bar it goes south. the airbags didnt deploy and i smacked my face on the steering wheel. the airbags not deploying probably saved my life though

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMNNNNNNN!!!
Glad you are alive and well, Marine. Now don't get yourself hurt in Afghanistan and put that well earned money on upgrades... Mainly good brakes.

Just in case anyone else feels like giving this guy advice, you might want to keep in mind he hasn't been around for about a month. So feel free to talk to a guy that isn't around.

I have personally driven on the Autobahn and can attest to the absolute perfection of the road!! Not to mention local roads over there are just as
nice. US roads s--k by comparison. But not really much you can do
if your tire blows out at speed. Helps to have speed rated tires, correct tire pressure, and have enough tread left on the tire.
mmm. The OP is very lucky as not many people get a 2nd chance!

Yes it is. The roads are maintained to perfection to allow for very fast driving, check it out on youtube they have a video on what they do to maintain it. Along with the fact that the people that drive on it probably have a good understanding of tire maintainence when they drive on it everyday for work. As well as there being strict laws on how to drive on the autobahn. Its not like there is an abundance of tourists on the autobahn either.
