What have you done for your Z today?
what type and color did you go with?
I love autox, and it's a great way to bond with your car, learn its limits and have a ton of fun!Today I took my Z out for a spin and to the shooting range. Assault rifles and Z's are practically the perfect recipe for a great day.
Also recently wrapped my strut bar in cf vinyl.

took her to the local 1/8 track for a little event. best time was 8.9, can't remember the trap. couldn't launch at all which is what was killing my times. this open diff is doing nothing for me.
Whiteline LCA Bushings, OS Giken LSD installed, raised my ride height, softened dampers, re-installed the 2pc rotors, getting ready for events.

I love mine. I wasn't 100% confident installing it because I'd never done rear end work (but have installed everything else on my car), but a local tuner shop let me hang out there with them while they did mine and only charged me around $1300 or 1500 for labor, diff and fluid. Such a worthwhile upgrade. I hook up a ton better now, especially in turns!
I was literally taking off like I would at a stop light in the city, and then just get on it. lol.
yeah i'm definitely going to look into a diff in the near future.
My 08 started with an open. Get a quaife

I have only driven about 15 miles with the new bushings. I notice quite alot. My old OEM bushings were completly shot so it fixed alot of rattle. It feels great, much tighter feel in the rear end and suspension. Feels much more solid but still very quiet.
Great bushings I would say it was worth the install (for me, since mine was completely blown) which was total hell! Took about 4-5 hours just to remove the subframe-diff bushing (pounding, drilling, cutting, prying!) and about 20 minutes to install all 3 new ones.
So glad it is over!

Cleaned her up nice. Found a bandanna in the shop and played around with it for the interior. No its not permanent lol.
