Did you do a vinyl wrap or did you get the roof painted?

 

Ordered a used VLSD w/ 30k miles on it for a pretty great price

should I go ahead and upgrade the bushings? worth it? any suggested brands?

 

my front and rear camber kits should be coming in tomorrow (via UPS) and i'm picking up Invidia HFC's tonight.

 

The mirrors and roof are vinyl wrap! I did them, and decided to remove the mirror wrap for now at least. Roof is holding up well though. I'm happy that I did it. It takes some practice, but could be harder! Done a G35, Jetta and Grand Prix as well.

Played around briefly with some other vinyl projects too to debate doing the whole car! Also did some stuff on friends' cars.

The accents of color arent my cup of tea but the roof looks good. And vinyl wrapping the whole car could be fun (not the work part). One of my friends works with vinyl alot and he was saying I should try it on the door handles. What do you think?

 

I actually drove it around 40 miles last night, wow it feels good to drive my car. The new headers are bad ***, cant wait to tune it and see what the HP is.

 

while looking for mods, my car decided to modify itself and have the driver side window motor go out. Awesome...

 

I was just wrapping shapes to see how confident I would be in the whole car. I agree, colored accents are no bueno! I wouldn't use it on the door handles personally, I think it's a difficult area. Idk if I would even wrap my handles a different color if I wrapped the car. They are one of those places that would take much better to paint or plastidip honestly! Just my opinion though, I'm sure they could still be wrapped. As a first project though they could be very frustrating!

Took the Z off the road for winter hibernation.

 

Last night i replaced my air filter, fixed my bose sub amp, and fixed my rear hatch with pennies. Baller on a microscopic budget.

 

Picked this up Gotta love craigslist.

What have I done for my Z today?

 

I took pix for a photo shoot, and my friend filmed & edited video. Completion was today, and that's what we did to my Z today. It's the blue roadster in the video.
