At +25 it's going to sink in some once mounted and lowered back down to the ground. Might wanna get spacers to bring them back out some.

Once you get tires and have them on the ground see what it looks like and go from there. I would try to bring them out to at least +15.

Post pics too!

Replaced the drivers side door handle so I don't have to open the windows to get in. And of course cleaned it!

Ran the 1/4 mile a few times last night. I suck, shifted from 3rd to 6th my first pass. That was the only good launch, the blew the launch the other 2 passes.

pro_350Z was in the outside lane and beat me every time. I would have got him on the first pass if i shifted into 4th.

I'm sure you mean some other gear combo? 2nd to 6th would be even more bizarre

*edit: now i read it again, sorry... still, 2nd or 6th would require actually pushing left or right, 4th is straight down, 3rd to 4th is quite literally the *easiest* gear change you'll ever do

I know pull straight back, somehow it went into 6th. Yes driver error, has happened from time to time. Done it 2 or 3 times on the road course too.

Weird

After-market ****? **** at wrong angle maybe? I know i was a little weirded out by the last two RWD gearboxes, in that first to second is/was what feels like a straight pull, rather than preferenced towards the left. That one change has made my 1st-2nd shifting, even when cold, so much smoother, i've just got to get my confidence up so i can do it faster without fear of grinding.

Tried shoving pieces of new S15 kit into the boot of my Z to transport it but nothing fit so we had to shove everything into the hilux, took a bit of logic to fit everything in

Stock ****, seat was a bit further back than my normal position. Never adjusted it from the drive to the track like I would on the road course. The side bolsters on the race seat do make it slightly harder to shift and I was rushing myself ( very evident in the other 2 botched runs). I did put a lot of pressure on myself trying to beat pro_350z in his Stillen Supercharged car. He is not a drag racer either.

Still fun for a night, getting out and getting to drive my car. It's been in the garage broke for a while.

Yup, and I just can't seem to get in the zone yet while driving a car. Figure it will probably happen a while after I go W2W racing. Sportbikes, when I raced them, I just slipped into the grove and could just run perfect laps, even while going by lapped traffic.
