Meh... it was free, so why not?

 

Took out all the door trim pieces that are prone to scratching. Thinking of either ordering new ones or hydro dipping carbon fiber.

Also, the little latch was scratch to hell so instead of taking the entire center console out I worked my way around it and got it out without having to do all that. It's possible guys. But, after I got it out and looked at the console door, SOMEHOW I had put some scratching on it. WHAT? So I said **** IT. I'm taking everything with this shiz rubberized coating and hydrp dipping it.

Took everything out. Disessembled everything and ready to send off to the hydro dipper.

Edit: thinking of install a pioneer radio because everything is already out. Just for shitz and giggles. (Tax-return time) Anyone know where to get the console piece that fits the 350z?

 

I got my radio surround for about 15 bucks on Amazon.

 

Look up the Metra kit. It's the preferred one for the Z

Weather starting to warmup. So Ordered a setrab oil cooler setup through Race Parts Wholesale.

 

That is the one I have. Fits perfectly.

Fibre glassed the wood core for the splitter. I hate working with glass, but I should have minimal sanding.
