Wasn't planning on anything special for the Z today... but... on my way to work there was some city maintenance people working on water [insert something people work on related to water here] stuff.. they had the fire hydrant open and flowing down a side street to where it was pooling in a dip in the main road. Needless to say when I saw the water (about 3-4 inches) on the road I slowed wayyy down to about 5mph and started to creep through it... yeah, a van blew by me at about 30mph and gave my entire car a nice shower. Yes, my first thought was to chase the van down, pull the driver out and punch him in the face... but instead I just went home at lunch and spent an hour washing and cleaning off all the water/dirt marks that were dried on. Back to a happy Z. Probably throw another coat of wax on her tomorrow for good measure.

Just picked up: HKS HiPower true dual exhaust, might not keep it though, the noise might be too much for SoCal law enforcement.

 

Took her to the wash after getting her yesterday with the dealer doing a half *** job cleaning. Then cruise to the beach to enjoy with the wife on the sunny sand.

 

Replaced broken passenger side, rear anti-sway bar bracket and the arm that connects the bar to the bracket.
