For the past 5 + years my AC has not been smelling so nice when I first turn it on. I have tried several things including spraying disinfectants in the ac intake and doing the ozone bomb from Meguiars, and everything up until now has failed to remove the odor for good. After a couple of days these products seemed to just grow faint and the odor comes back. I'm sure if you have a newer car the above methods would work well; however after 15 years I really need to clean the evaporator.
This time around I finally figured out how to remove the carpeting on the passenger side foot well to get directly to the evaporator. I got a couple of cans of Klima ac cleaner along with a can of Kool-IT and foamed it up, let it drain, and then repeated these steps for all three cans. The stuff that drained out was not super dark but I could see brown particles coming out. I'm happy to report since I did this its been 5 days and no smell has returned. Very satisfied.

Solid info!
Haven’t had this problem but have been in cars that did! Filed for future....hopefully never to need it! 😁
definition of perfect fitment I kinda wish I got a pearl white Z instead of black. If I buy kojins my offsets are gonna be a bit different because I run the brembos. I'm gonna probably have to run +35 offset to clear the brakes which means I probably won't get that dished look...sadboys

They are 18inch...front tires are 255 40 and back are 275 40. If you can get them on clearance go for it....you won't be disappointed.
My goal is to get 4 18 x8.5" rims with the same offsets which means ill be able to rotate tires (unlike the stock staggered setup) lol plus these wheel sizes have the added benefit the I can mount a 245 section tire on each wheel. As for the 9.5's they fit 255-275 section tires (I believe) and I'm never gonna run that wide a tire because the gains are so small relative to the cost of the rubber; its a waste of money.

If you get 2 of the 8.5s and 2 of the 9.5s it will be the same as shawn's and will look good.
I was going to get 4 of the 18x9.5 +10s but my wife said I was a dumbass.
In that case your better off just keeping your oem track wheels, they are nicer wheels anyways. Without a wider wheel and a more aggressive offset theirs really no point in downgrading...
If you just want a squared wheel set-up you can give me $100 and your front wheels and I'll give you my rear track wheels.

Excuse me?
You're worried about the difference in price between front and rear tires and "rotating" over the *reason* why the factory engineers built in staggered widths?
Trav..... I can't say it, wouldja chime in here please?
"Rotation"..... if you're concerned about this, sorry, this is just all wrong.

nice idea lol but I have OE track wheels on my Z rn and they're sh*t--They chip super easily and the paint just bubbles up; they just don't hold up as well as an aftermarket enkei or any aftermarket wheel which is why I want something completely different.

If I were you, I would get the track wheels refinished or powdercoated and keep them.
The only real negative about the track wheels is the small 8.5 and 8 inch widths. And the offset that sucks. In order to look good you need a large spacer otherwise you get sunken in cheerio like Travis mentioned.
And once you lower the car it becomes much more noticeable.
I do have both sets of wheels. One for the summer and one for the winter.
Considering you can fit a 245 section tire on a 8.5 wheel the factory rays aren't that small lol. and in terms offsets, i feel that some cars look better on rims with a little poke. A perfect example of this is the R32 gtr as that car looks the best on its factory rims with huge offsets.

Took my car to get an estimate on getting the dent in the driver side rear quarter panel pulled out. and replaced the air filters and topped off all the fluids spent a good 2 hours cleaning the exterior and interior.. now it’s windy where I live and looks like it will rain 🤣 oh life.

whats the quote on that? I have damage where I was hit and its much more than a simple pull/pop out. I'm wondering what they quoted you, did they say replace the whole panel or nah?
and on the topic about wheels above all this...anyone want to trade a pair of enkei RPF01s 18x10.5 +15 for a pair of 18x9.5 +15?
