Thanks guys! Pics to come I promise!

Anyways parting out...maybe gotta see what insurance says first. Suprising I'm not too bummed about the car. Probably cause I know it will be replaced...its just a car...but my life can't be. First car accident ever and boy is it scary!

Glad you're ok. One reason why I hate driving in the rain, in any car.

Glad you are ok. That's pretty scary man!

Anyway if you can possibly grad the coin holder on the center console behind the shifter (if your car is a 03-05) let me know. Been looking for one for a year already!!!!

Wow didnt know that...I only experienced hydroplaning once when I first started driving....luckly it was just a little patch on the highway and I was going straight already....I could feel my car starting to hydroplane but I didnt make any sudden movements because I kind of seen it coming...just let off the gas and kept going straight...Now Im glad I did this because I do remember telling myself to try and go around....Glad I didnt....

I'm glad to hear you are okay.

I had a similar experience with the 07 G sedan that i had. Going down the highway about 55 in a moderate rain, hydroplaned into a wire guardrail...
Here were my results:

I'm going to drive like a grandma when it rains out. I don't care how many people pass me.

And somebody said he'll drive the truck when it rains, but how is it different for a 350Z and like a F-150? Both are RWD and are front-heavy....I don't get why its different.

definitely glad you're alright and sorry that it happened. These kind of things can happen and it is unfortunate. That's why its called an Accident...nobody does it on purpose...

Call it an expensive learning experience
