So had an interesting night last night...went to hang out with a couple friends and a bday party for my buddy...heading down the highway and came across a car accident so i stop behind a state trooper...no more than 10 seconds later i hear screeching and some A-**** smashes into the rear of my car...

Rear taillight is broken, bumper and trunk are dented in and my JP Type-A lip is cracked in half and chipped...FML lol My back kills too. what fun of whiplash!

if you stopped in an open lane you deserve every bit of it, and i hope you dont get a penny.

but if you stopped in the emergency lane or behind the state trooped then that sucks.

I personally hate it when the traffic slows just because something happened on the side of the road. Everyone seems to be so nosey and just has to brake to see whats happening...

2 Lanes...right and left state trooper and firetruck in the left lane and i stopped behind the trooper/firetruck only left lane was open...trooper was telling me to stop until traffic passed, and then the guy went out of control and hit me then the guardrail...it wasn't as if i just stopped to check out what happened, i had nowhere else to go.

 

F*** these A**H**** that are naggin on you for stopping. i bet you that if it was them that got hit, they wont be happy.. and for the record, I HATE DRUNK DRIVERS!!! one of the, or the only reason why i really wanna be a cop..

ya, hope you have good insurance. When i got hit the driver had no license, no insurance. She had NOTHING so sueing her would have left me with less month (court and lawyer fees). Basically because i was a victim and she was a poor loser in life i had to eat the cost of my totaled car.

You can sue a poor person all you want but it won't get you anywhere.

 

 

Not fun...just got back from the Medical Center...i have a sprained something in my back and neck but pills always help =)...He has insurance which will cover me and the car thank god. however he was DWI and registration on his car was expired so we'll see what happens tmr..

 

dun dun dun.....the start of finding out he has no cash, no credit, no insurance and not job.

good thing your insurance covered you because i'll bet that you won't get money out of that drunk bastard.

Cant get much from a drunk with no money. Doubt if you can insure a vehicle without a registration. Hope you feel better.
