got seat tsb done, upholstery shop wrecked my car!
ok, maybe its not a big wreck, but its big to me! 13 months and 12000 miles, and I didn't have a single scratch, ding or chip in the entire car!
Its never a good sign when you pick up your car from service and the service manager walks with you out to it. Its an even worse sign when he has his boss come with him.
******* from the upholstery shop they sent it out to backed into a big truck. Ruined my wheel, and scraped the bumper and fender, with a small dent in the fender. They are paying for everything, but I really didn't want to have any repainting done. At first it looked like they could do paintless dent repair on the fender and buff it out, but the silverstone is scratched off down to primer at the edge.

Thats too bad man, hopefully you not be able to tell after the repaint. I fear taking my car to any shop for this very reason.
Also, I dont know how they dented the wheel so bad by just "backing it up" into a truck.

Everytime I take my car in for service, I always change out the rims to my race wheels just to prevent something like this or impact wrench scratches, but this time I figured it was just the seat, no reason for them to mess with my wheels.

the bad thing for the dealer was, me and my wife had just driven a frontier V-6 and were getting ready to go out in the supercharged version when I found out about it. I was probably gonna buy a new truck today, but this killed the mood.

Hate to see you take that now and then 6 months down the road find out you need another $1500 dollars of replacement parts...
Good luck.

wouldnt be too worried about your suspension, the Zs suspension is tough. after I took mine on the little offroading trip it shows no signs of any lingering affects, and it was far worse than that.
might not hurt anyway to have it done, but be careful they dont screw up your other rims with the equipment it takes.
