RAVE - Motorsport Auto / zcarparts.com
Just wanted to post a pleasant experience I recently had with a vendor, if this is the wrong section mods, please move it.
I had ordered a set of carbon fiber j panel covers for my car from Motorsport Auto (aka - zcarparts.com). I got the tracking number and estimated delivery date from Jon at Motorsport Auto in a very timely manner and relayed it to my wife who is at home so she would know to keep an eye out for the package (I am currently deployed so obviously I wasn't there to take care of anything myself). A few days pass since the estimated arrival date and I ask my wife is anything came from FedEx for me. She said no, so I checked online and saw that it was delivered to a different town than the one in which I currently live. I emailed Jon and he confirmed that there was a shipping error and that my order was sent to my credit card's bill address and not the one specified in my order. My shipping costs were immediately refunded. Luckily I was able to get in contact with the landlord who runs the apartment the item was shipped to, she said she had the package and a family friend was able to retrieve the package from her, no sweat.
During the whole "fiasco" Jon was extremely professional, he was very consistent with keeping in touch with me via email and offered to ship another set of j panel covers to my actual address at no cost to me. In my eyes this is excellent customer service, especially for such a small order. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again. I see so many threads about people who have bad or questionable experiences with certain companies within our community, I figured I would post up a positive experience.
