On our way home from work tonight, at about 7:00 PM, my girlfriend spotted a Daytona 350Z passing through the intersection of Middlefield and Bernardo in Mountain View.

All the could say was, "Hey, hey, hey" while pointing out the window (she knew exactly what the car was, but was stunned by the beautiful sight of one on the road). I looked up just in time to see the car disappear around the corner.

I was so excited and jealous at the same time that I could barely keep myself from trying to pull out behind the Z to catch up and say hello.

I was hoping maybe one of you was in that car and would be willing to stop by my work sometime to let me oggle.

Mine should arrive in October, but it's just so hard to wait, and judging from today, it will get even more difficult as more Z's arrive.

Anyway, just wanted to say congratulations to whoever you are, and let me know if you are willing to let me gawk at your car.
